Debunking Twilighter arguments.?

Okay, so my last question, round for round harry Potter vs. Twilight, was removed because some Twilighter didn't want to accept the truth. So, I decided to step it up and debunk some of their major arguments for Twilight's superiority over Harry potter, or for Harry's inferiority to Twilight.

Argument 1: Harry sold more because there are more books in the series.

Rebuttal: This arguments is absolute bollocks. The first Potter book sold 120 million copies, so it outsells the entire Twilight saga by itself. The last Potter book sold 44 million copies, also outselling the Twilight saga.

Argument: Harry sells more because he's been around longer.

Rebuttal: Nope, sorry. Harry has sold about 440 million books and has been around since 1996, meaning that he's sold about 33.85 million books every year since his release. Twilight has sold about 42 million in four, meaning that it's sold 10.5 million every since it's release. So, even if Harry had been released even two years ago, he'd still outsell Twilight.

Argument 3: HP aren't as cool as Twilighters.

Rebuttal: Being a nerd is better than being a stalker. Do you have any idea how many times Robert Pattinson (Cedric Diggory to HP fans), has complained about the fans? Have you ever heard Daniel Radcliffe complain about Potterheads? Nope.

Argument 4: Rowling only writes for money.

Rebuttal.: Just because she happens to make a lot of money doesn't mean it's why she wrote it. Look at what she did with Tales of Beedle the Bard. She gave away all her royalites to charity.

So my question is?

Though I agree with most of your arguments, I can see why this bothers Twilight fans. You are basically keeping up a pointless fight that has been around since before Christmas, and frankly, I'm sick of it. Let them be, for goodness' sake, and stop fueling their rage.

Oh my god, if only you could met my friends perhaps you could knock some sense into them. I try but usually I give up and start insulting twilight's characters.
I love both of the series so can everyone PLEASE stop publishing subbmitting questions that aren't actual questions?

All I can say is that Harry Potter is more substantial than the redundancy of Twilight. But the attractive point of Twilight is the romance and being a vampire as an obstacle. With that in mind, I have no idea why comparisons are being made between both series.
